  This wine, born in Sheki, an ancient city in the Caucasus, is a blend of the international Sangiovese grape variety and the indigenous Azerbaijani Madrasa grape. This deep red wine is characteristic of the region where eastern and western wine cultures intersect.
  
  Sheki's warm, dry continental climate with its heavy gray soil contributes to concentrated fruit flavors and soft acidity.
  Thanks to controlled fermentation temperatures, careful extraction using remontage and delestage, and malolactic fermentation, the wine acquires a rounded taste.
  
  When poured into a glass, it reveals a deep ruby-red color.
  Vibrant aromas of cherry, raspberry, and ripe plum intertwine with delicate spicy and earthy nuances. This
  medium-bodied and well-balanced wine has soft tannins and lively acidity, making it a versatile food pairing.
